Virginia Truitt, 92, of Albion, passed away at 9:23 am on Monday, August 4, 2014 at North Ridge Village in Albion. Mrs. Truitt was born on June 20, 1922 in Kegley, West Virginia, a daughter of Frank and Drucie (Privette) Sizemore. She was married in Princeton, WV to Ray William Truitt, and moved from Princeton, WV to Marion, where she had lived since 1957. She was retired from Foster Forbes as a selector. Mrs. Truitt was a member of the Calvary Worship Center in Marion, and was a part of the Ministry of Helpers. The surviving relatives include daughter, Drucilla (Richard) Biddle of Albion; a sister, Jerry (Tom) Priest of Florida; four grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and spouse, she was preceded in death by her four brothers Harold, Glenn, Ben, and Jack Sizemore; two sisters, Madeline Tucker and Beatrice Clark. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 pm Thursday at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home, with Pastor Rick Van Horn, officiating. The family will receive friends at the Sheets & Childs Funeral Home from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Thursday. Burial will be in the Gardens of Memory Cemetery, Marion. ************************************
