Wanda Hart

Wanda L. (Kumfer) Hart, 91, of Churubusco, passed away at her residence on July 2, 2018. Born November 27, 1926, in Fort Wayne, to the late James T. and Goldie Mae (Rice) Kumfer. On February 16, 1946, she married Garland Hart. She lived her early years in Fort Wayne and moved to Churubusco in 2000. Wanda enjoyed doing crossword puzzles. She was a stay at home housewife and mother. She is survived by her daughter, Debra Hart of Churubusco; two sons, Roger (Leslie) Hart of Warsaw and John (Cathy) Hart of Churubusco; five grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren; Wanda is preceded in death by her husband, Garland Hart, on March 6, 2007; six brothers, Glen, James, Wilbur, Richard, Franklin and Robert Kumfer; two sisters, Sylvia Evans and Virginia Croft. Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 7, 2018, at the funeral home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 2-8 p.m., and one hour prior to the service Saturday; Pastor Lane Burgland, officiant. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery.
